Not great as the other but I took advantage. I am trying to steer clear of commercial gyms and I travel. This gym is perfect for those serious about fitness. Great machines ! A bit of a commute for me but being able to access a smaller, very clean gym is great !
How else can you prove you’re improving? Think of your heart rate monitor as your built-in coach, telling you when you need to push, or when you should scale back and recover.
The place is nothing spectacular. Don’t expect anything beyond getting a workout. I like that pf has huge rolls of papertowels and cleaning sprays around the facility. I always make sure to wipe the machines down before and after my workout.
It was a good 15 – 20 minute massage and really helped after the workout. The Boyfriend liked it so much he is considering switching to the Black Card membership! (Duh.)

–They claim to cater to fatties, but their complimentary «congratulations, you joined a gym, fatass» Planet Fitness shirts only came in sizes up to XL… At least that’s all they had when I joined.

(and all of this for an incredibly reasonable price) I live 15 minutes from this location and still choose to be a member here over gyms that are closer to home.
You are doing similar poses, but are using the silks (which are the aerial fabrics) to provide support and resistance. Classes are hard but Lilly is a great instructor and makes sure everyone is practicing safely.
This gym had all the elements I was looking for, so of course I expected to like it there. Unfortunately, there were some serious negatives. The equipment Leia Mais is all pretty old, much of it is in disrepair and much is imply outdated.
A lot of people complain on forums about this but hello?! they tell you up front they are not a bodybuilding or power lifting gym. so if that is what you are looking for, do not go here.
I was advise by my new room-mate that I needed to get a gym membership here. I was quite glad that I listened to his advice.
The gym is clean and neat and the staff is friendly. There is no intimidation. There are people of all ages. I have nothing but Website praise.

I’ve gone in the evening and had plenty of room to myself. They also have a nice juice/shake counter that has really great stuff. The staffing is minimum so sometimes you can’t find anyone to help you. I’ve gone in the morning and early afternoon and this is where the problems lie. The cardio side is steamy hot ! I’m not kidding. I’ve walked in and Mais Info then turned around and walked right out.
